Shattered Star Photography - Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payments:

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the photoshoot.
Payments can be made via electronic transfer or cash, with details provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, please notify Shattered Star Photography at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Shattered Star Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunction. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made at no additional cost.
Photoshoot Details:

The duration and location of the photoshoot will be agreed upon during the booking process.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the number of subjects, desired style, and any specific requests for the photoshoot.
Any additional expenses incurred during the photoshoot, such as location permits or props, will be the responsibility of the client and must be arranged in advance.
Image Delivery and Usage:

Shattered Star Photography will provide a selection of edited images within the agreed timeframe, typically within 2-3 weeks following the photoshoot.
Clients will receive high-resolution digital images via secure online gallery or electronic transfer.
The client is granted personal usage rights for the images, including printing and sharing on social media, with credit to Shattered Star Photography.
Commercial usage or resale of images without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all subjects present for the photoshoot arrive on time and appropriately dressed.
Shattered Star Photography is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by the client or subjects during the photoshoot.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or special requests prior to the photoshoot to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Liability:

While every effort will be made to capture high-quality images, Shattered Star Photography is not liable for factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, venue restrictions, or technical issues.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the final images, clients may request minor adjustments within reason. Extensive re-edits or reshoots may incur additional charges.
By booking a photoshoot with Shattered Star Photography, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our clients, and look forward to capturing your precious moments with creativity and professionalism.
